1. Shipping Carriers
TapSnap ships all domestic and international orders primarily through FedEx.
If required by destination or carrier availability, TapSnap may use:
- USPS
- DHL Express
Carrier selection is based on the best available service for your location.
2. Processing Times
2.1. Standard Processing
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.
2.2. Bulk Orders
Large quantity orders may require additional time for packaging and handling.
2.3. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
Pre-order and back-order items ship once inventory becomes available.
These orders are final and non-refundable.
Processing time does not include transit time.
3. Domestic U.S. Shipping (FedEx)
TapSnap uses transparent flat-rate shipping based on the number of units ordered:
$15 Flat Rate — Standard Orders (1–29 units)
Applies to lightweight orders up to 29 stands, including:
- Single stands
- Multi-packs (3-pack, 5-pack, 10-pack, 20-pack, etc.)
- Small, compact shipments
$25 Flat Rate — Medium Orders (30–99 units)
Applies to orders of 30 to 99 units, which typically require a medium-sized box or multiple smaller cartons.
$40 Flat Rate — Large Orders (100–249 units)
Applies to orders of 100 to 249 units, which require larger packaging and incur dimensional-weight charges from FedEx.
Custom Freight Quote — Extra-Large Orders (250+ units)
Orders of 250 units or more, including:
- High-volume bulk orders
- 250–500 unit shipments
- 500+ unit shipments
- Distributor or wholesale orders
will require a custom shipping quote based on FedEx freight or multi-carton pricing.
TapSnap will contact you with a quote before fulfillment.
Orders will ship once the quote is approved.
4. International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
4.1. International Rates
International shipping is not flat-rate.
Rates are calculated using FedEx’s real-time pricing based on:
- Destination country
- Weight and package dimensions
- Fuel and regional surcharges
If rates cannot be calculated automatically, TapSnap will provide a manual quote.
4.2. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and brokerage charges are not included in shipping costs.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
4.3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by country and may be impacted by:
- Customs processing
- Local carrier networks
- Regional restrictions
FedEx estimated timelines will be shown when available.
4.4. Customs Delays
TapSnap is not responsible for customs delays or additional customs charges.
International orders are final and non-refundable.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships:
- A tracking number will be sent via email
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours
TapSnap is not responsible for tracking delays or carrier-related scan issues.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1. Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks an order as delivered, TapSnap is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Misdelivered items
Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
TapSnap may assist but is not obligated to replace items.
6.2. Incorrect Addresses
Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate.
TapSnap is not responsible for:
- Delivery issues due to incorrect addresses
- Packages returned because of address errors
Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to reship.
6.3. Carrier or Customs Delays
Delays caused by:
- Weather
- Customs inspection
- Peak seasons
- Local carrier disruptions
do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or credits.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact support@tapsnap.ai within 7 days
- Include your order number and photos of the damage
TapSnap will review and determine if a replacement is appropriate.
Replacements are issued at TapSnap’s discretion.
8. Pre-Orders, Bulk Orders & Production Delays
For pre-orders or bulk orders:
- Delivery dates are estimates
- Delays may occur due to supply chain or carrier factors
- These orders are final and non-refundable
TapSnap will notify you of significant delays.
9. High-Value Order Verification
TapSnap may request additional verification for:
- Large or high-value orders
- Suspicious transactions
- Mismatched billing and shipping details
Verification may slightly extend handling time.
