To qualify for business credit reporting, you must:
- Maintain an active Tier 1 ($19.99/month) or higher TapSnap subscription
- Have an account in good standing
- Provide accurate business verification details
- Complete TapSnap’s Net-30 enrollment process
Free-tier users are not eligible.
5.2. Enrollment Fee
Enrollment in TapSnap’s reporting program includes:
- A one-time $95 setup and verification fee
(covers verification, admin processing, and data furnisher registration)
The fee is non-refundable once reporting has begun.
5.3. What TapSnap Reports
For enrolled users:
- Invoice payments
- Monthly payment status (on-time, late, unpaid)
- Active tradeline history with partnered business credit furnishers
TapSnap guarantees that WE will submit your payment data to partnered data furnishers.
5.4. Important Disclaimers
To protect both TapSnap and the user:
- TapSnap does not guarantee credit score increases
- TapSnap does not guarantee financing, approvals, or credit outcomes
- Reporting timelines depend on independent bureaus and furnishers
- TapSnap is not a lender or credit repair service
- Reporting may pause if your subscription lapses or your account becomes past due
TapSnap guarantees submission of data — not third-party bureau behavior.
5.5. User Responsibilities
To maintain active reporting:
- Keep Tier 1 subscription active
- Pay invoices on time
- Provide accurate business details
- Maintain account in good standing
6. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed to:
- Provide TapSnap Services
- Maintain business and accounting records
- Comply with legal requirements
Users may request deletion at any time.
