1. Subscription Services (SaaS)
TapSnap subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.
1.1. All Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable
Except where required by law:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided.
- Upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes do not trigger refunds.
- Past charges cannot be refunded.
1.2. Your Responsibility to Cancel
To avoid future charges, you must cancel before the renewal date.
Canceling on or after the renewal date applies to the next cycle.
1.3. Downgrades
Plan downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.
2. Hardware Products (TapSnap Stands, NFC/QR Items)
2.1. All Hardware Sales Are Final
Because TapSnap stands and NFC/QR products are custom-mapped to your account and UID:
- Hardware purchases are non-refundable,
- Once shipped or fulfilled, they cannot be returned,
- Custom-coded stands cannot be reused by TapSnap or resold.
2.2. Defective or Damaged Items
If hardware arrives defective or damaged:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- We will offer replacement at no cost
- You may be required to provide photos or return the item
Replacements are issued at TapSnap’s discretion.
2.3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks an order as delivered:
- TapSnap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Claims must be filed with the carrier
- TapSnap may assist but is not obligated to replace items
3. Pre-Orders, Back-Orders & Special Orders
3.1. All Pre-Orders Are Non-Refundable
Pre-orders secure production allocation and manufacturing.
Therefore:
- Pre-order payments are final
- Cancellations are not accepted
3.2. Back-Orders
Back-ordered items will ship once available.
Back-order payments are also non-refundable.
4. Net-30 Enrollment Fees
Enrollment in TapSnap’s Net-30 program requires a one-time $95 setup and verification fee.
4.1. Enrollment Fee Is Non-Refundable
Once paid:
- The $95 enrollment fee is non-refundable,
- It remains non-refundable even if:
- You cancel your subscription
- You fail verification
- You close your account
- Your Net-30 privileges are revoked
- Reporting is delayed due to incorrect information you provided
- You cancel your subscription
4.2. Net-30 Invoices Are Not Refundable
Net-30 invoices represent business credit terms and:
- Cannot be refunded
- Must be paid in full by the due date
- Remain due even if you stop using TapSnap
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
5.1. Unauthorized Chargeback Attempts
Submitting a chargeback for valid TapSnap services is a violation of Terms.
TapSnap may:
- Suspend or terminate the account
- Report delinquency to business credit bureaus (if enrolled)
- Pursue collections for unpaid balances
- Deny future access to TapSnap services
5.2. Subscription Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect:
- Contact support@tapsnap.ai within 7 days
- We will review the issue
TapSnap is not responsible for delays caused by failure to contact us promptly.
6. Cancellations
6.1. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
Cancellation applies to the next billing period.
6.2. No Prorated Refunds
TapSnap does not prorate or refund partially used services.
7. Promotional Credits or Discounts
- Promotional credits have no cash value
- Discounts cannot be retroactively applied
- Expired promotions cannot be honored
8. Custom Development, Design, or Support Services
Any custom, manual, or one-off services requested by the user:
- Are final and non-refundable
- May require upfront payment
- Are not guaranteed for delivery dates unless explicitly stated
9. Service Availability
TapSnap strives for uninterrupted service, but:
- Temporary outages
- Scheduled maintenance
- Systems updates
- Third-party interruptions
Do not qualify for refunds or credits.
10. Exceptions Required by Law
Where local or state law requires refunds in specific circumstances, TapSnap will comply with applicable regulations.
